Integral Financial Management provides the value-added services that a full-time CA(SA) would provide while allowing existing accounting staff to perform more routine tasks. This solution is ideal for companies who feel they need to get something more out of their accounting function but do not require the full-time services of a chartered accountant. The Solution is designed to cover the full range of business and management activities. To add maximum value, a three step program, with separate deliverables is used:

 

 

1.) Business Analysis, (intensive 6 week program to understand the clients business) at a reduced rate, consisting off:

 

1.) Review of business fundamentals using a comprehensive framework covering aspects such as:

a. Business drivers,

b. Key controls,

c. Revenue streams.

 

2.) Internal control analysis of business critical areas such as:

a. Monthly reporting process (Accuracy and integrity)

b. Accounting record accuracy

c. Critical business process analysis (Revenue, Expenditure & Payroll)

 

3.) Management information, reporting and analysis, including:

a. Management account’s analysis (users needs, efficiency, accuracy)

b. Market analysis (Market penetration, size, information sources, etc)

c. Budgeting process review

d. Cost and revenue structures and allocations (Fixed, variable and per product line).

 

 

2.) Monthly Reporting and Analysis, the financial management solution aims to develop the entities internal capacity within the finance department and supporting the management function with:

a. Monthly update meeting

b. Management account analysis

c. Comments on the accounting records (underlying procedures as well accuracy or anomalies)

d. Business analysis

e. Budget to actual and variance analysis

f. 8 hours of free consultations for:

· Telephonic support, queries or to bounce ideas off

3.)  Quarterly updates, to monitor longer term changes in the business and external business environment. Including:
